I’m a poor reader, so can I do the course with a tutor helping me or do I have to do the online course by myself?

That person can explain what you don't understand. It is likely that you will not have to use much of your friend’s time, as you will learn quickly.

How long will the course take me?

We do not like putting time frames to the course as it creates unwelcome pressure to complete it quickly. We want students to take their time, to enjoy the course, and gain the maximum benefit from it. However, to give you an idea, most students take around sixty hours to complete the twenty-three lessons to a level of competence. Yet, we have had some students who are really keen to extract all benefit from it, and follow every suggestion, such as in the Extra Mastery lessons and the Basic Grammar.
